Q1: Is there an MOQ? Can I order a small quantity?
A: We have no fixed MOQ. Small orders are acceptable, but mould, sample and shipping costs are charged separately.
Q2: Which rubber should I choose for my project?
A: General EPDM for normal outdoor weather; low-temperature EPDM for cold areas; CR (Neoprene) if oil resistance or flame resistance is required.
Q3: Can you provide material test certificates?
A: Yes, material performance reports can be issued upon request.
